We’re partnering with a self-custody-focused Bitcoin company expanding its platform across North America. We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join their team and help build secure, scalable tools that empower users to live on Bitcoin—without relying on traditional banks.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who understands the Bitcoin ecosystem and wants to build real infrastructure that supports financial freedom.
About this role
As a lead on the development team you’ll be responsible for:
Writing and maintaining production-ready code across the stack
Collaborating directly with senior leadership and development team to build net new products and iterate on existing platform features
Enhancing core services such as:
A non-custodial platform that enables users to buy, sell, and use Bitcoin
A high-touch service for large transactions
Backend systems that support a national Bitcoin hardware products
Ensuring code quality, performance, and security across the platform
Participating in architectural discussions, technical planning, and peer code reviews

What We Are Looking for:
A deep understanding of Bitcoin—ideally with experience building or integrating Bitcoin-related infrastructure
Strong experience in both backend and frontend development using modern frameworks and tools
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Familiarity with non-custodial architecture and Lightning Network integrations is a plus
Clear communicator who values clean code, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our organization. The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing insight and stewardship over budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, and risk management. This individual will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth, maintaining financial integrity, and enabling informed decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team on financial and business decisions.
Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Oversee internal and external financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory filings.
Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and banking relationships.
Lead risk management and internal controls, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
Provide leadership to accounting, finance, and potentially HR and IT functions, depending on org structure.
Interface with the board of directors, investors, auditors, and external stakeholders.
Drive financial strategy for growth, M&A, capital raising, or restructuring as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as CFO, VP of Finance, or similar executive leadership role.
Deep expertise in GAAP accounting, financial modeling, cash management, and strategic planning.
Demonstrated success in scaling operations or managing financial complexity in [insert relevant environment – e.g., nonprofit, private equity-backed, public sector, etc.].
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA strongly preferred).

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, maintainable software solutions that align with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy web applications and APIs using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement new features.
Write clean, maintainable code that follows best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development and production environments.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Ensure software is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience developing software with .NET technologies.
